The path to good decision making starts with a plan. The Cubistix Method follows this path:
Define, Discover, Design, Develop, Deploy, and Document.
We are here to guide you through each step.
Define
Cubistix begins with the project and business goals. What are you trying to achieve with this project? What are the business goals that the project should support?
Discover
Next, we descend into the details and let the facts come to light. We allow the elements of the project to reveal themselves and not impose any pattern or structure. This makes it possible to gather ALL the relevant information.
Design
Once all the information has been collected, we can begin to design a solution, a path forward. Here, the key is finding the best fit for your organization and its plan for advancement.
Develop
Cubistix will create the prototype for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This serves as the launching point for your solution. From there, refinement and iteration become easy and natural. This moves your organization closer to optimal solution and ultimately, the right answer.
Deploy
Next, we deploy the solution. Once the solution is ready, deploy it, monitor its performance and iterate development as needed.
Document
The way an organization learns, is by documentation. Each new element in the solution is fully documented in its creation, implementation, effectiveness, and maintainability. Only then, can such solutions be scaled to grow along with your business.
We start by gathering all your data. Compiling it, validating it and ensuring it's up-to-date and accurate.
When there are gaps in the data, or projections fall short of a complete picture, Cubistix will get to work on filling in the missing elements, ensuring you have all you need to make good decisions.
Next, the combination of all the known elements are assembled into a complete cube. Now, we start the real analytics.
Analyzing, and interpreting data to gain insights that can be used to make better decisions is where the magic happens. Our experts use techniques from statistics, mathematics, computer science, and other fields to extract meaning from data.
Using data visualization tools to create charts, graphs, and other representations of data will reveal patterns and trends that may not be apparent in raw data. Cubistix also uses machine learning algorithms to automatically identify patterns and insights in data.
Using your newly formed vision, you are ready to arrive at the decision which will maximize your business’ potential. By knowing all that you can know based on the data available, executive decision-making becomes a scalable process.
Gestalt is perceiving the whole rather than individual elements, and provides valuable insights into developing a more effective, sustainable solution in both physical and digital realms.
When conducting Business & Decision Intelligence, people tend to focus on the analysis. But, we use the "other" hemisphere of the brain - the Right Hemisphere, which is responsible for the Whole Picture.
